The materials on this Site may be retrieved and downloaded solely for personal use. Permitted use of downloads:

By purchasing any download via the Site you shall be entitled to:

• download an audio download as an MP3 file or an e-book download as a PDF file onto a single computer or by any other means agreed between us from time to time;
• save a copy of the audio download onto a CD, tape, mini-disc, MP3 player or onto the hard drive of your computer;
• save a copy of a PDF file onto the hard drive of your computer or print out a copy of it for your own personal use;
• use an audio download by listening to it or an e-book by reading it for your own personal use in accordance with any instructions given to you by us.

Permitted use of other Site content

With respect to other material available from the Site (such as an e-course) you may download and save the content for your own personal, non-commercial home use only.

You must not use any content of the Site or downloadable products or their contents for any commercial purpose. That applies to professional therapists, counsellors and hypnotherapists, and that means:

• you MAY NOT make available copies or play any of the audio downloads to your clients;
• you MAY NOT use the Austin 5 Step program or the Austin Technique if you have not been specifically trained and passed by Valerie Austin in either technique; and
• you MAY NOT claim to be associated with us in any way or to use our name in connection with your own practice.

We reserve the right to suspend the Site at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We may terminate your use of the Site with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms. If you are purchasing audio and e-book program downloads as a consumer, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to have affected your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site including all e-book and audio downloads or other content provided by us to you (together "Content") are all protected by our intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trade marks.

Except as expressly authorised by us, you are not permitted to copy(whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disk, downloading or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), broadcast, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, communicate or make available to the public or create derivative works of any Content, in whole or in part.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your contact information and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Guarantee and Refund Policy

All our MP3 and PDF files have been tested and are guaranteed to work. In the rare event that you do receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same working product.

We like to be up front and honest with you and therefore we do not believe in offering money-back guarantees on downloadable products. This is simply because we know that a few people do require extra support in the form of face-to-face private therapy, and others do not follow the necessary instructions to maximise the benefit from their program and give it a proper chance. It is for these reasons and because you cannot ‘return’ an MP3 or PDF file that we do not offer refunds.

However we are very proud of our products and what we do guarantee is that we are 100% committed to your success. That is why we have put together a full instruction manual along with each audio download which, when followed correctly, will significantly increase your opportunity to succeed.
