Kate Glen is an advanced clinical hypnotherapist with a practice on London's prestigious Harley Street. Kate has studied psychology and the mind since 1993 and holds a BSc in Applied Psychology and diplomas in Advanced Hypnotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. Kate specialises in relationship therapy. Relationship coaching has become increasingly popular in recent years with both single people and couples wanting to find and enjoy satisfying, lasting relationships that work. Initially trained in Ericksonian, indirect suggestion hypnosis - one of the most common and more basic forms of hypnotherapy on the market, she was disappointed to find that achieving a high success rate with that approach is difficult. |

Kate is a very practical person with a no-nonsense approach, she wanted a way of working that would deliver real results for most people. She then went on to train in advanced hypnotherapy with Valerie Austin to become a smoking cessation and regression specialist.
Kate has not only personally trained with Valerie Austin, but is delighted to be part of her small, but elite team of recommended therapists. With an international reputation to uphold, she trusts few with her name and even fewer to work closely with and assist on her hypnotherapy training courses.
At her London hypnotherapy practice Kate deals with a wide range of issues, but has a special interest in stop smoking, weight loss, relationship and sexual problems. And she's used hypnotherapy herself to fix her once disastrous love life.
During her psychology and hypnotherapy training, and before becoming a full time hypnotherapist, Kate has also worked for over 12 years in the highly pressurised world of the advertising and communication industry. Working with high profile brands such as BT, Vodafone, Ericsson, O2, Unilever, Ferrero, Whitbread and Masterfoods. Kate's experience in both marketing and the practise of hypnotherapy has given her real practical understanding of the daily pressures many of her clients face at work, which also impacts on their personal lives.
Kate is also a big snowboarding and wakeboarding fan. Having recently taken up wakeboarding - not a sport for the faint hearted - she was very proud to claim third place at the UK 2009 cable wakeboard championships.
